Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, garlic powder, black pepper, and BBQ sauce. Add the cornstarch and mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and add a little oil.
  3. Add chicken to the griddle and cook, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
  4. On the side of the griddle , add the broccoli with a little oil and a pich of salt. Add water and cover with dome and steam to desired doneness
  5. Remove chicken from griddle when done
  6. Build your bowls by adding a base of white rice, then topping with broccoli and the cooked chicken.
