Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
- Cut tops off green peppers and remove seeds and membrane. Remove stem from top and save remaining ring.
- Place meat and remaining ingredients in a large bowl and combine, mixing well
- Divide meat and stuffed into prepared peppers. Place top ring on peppers and place in large pot. Repeat for all four peppers.
- Add large can of tomato sauce to pan and then add water to cover about 3/4 up side of peppers. Add pepper to taste if desired
- Cover pan and heat on stove using medium to medium low heat.
- Sauce should boil, adjust heat to allow slow boil and try to prevent pan from boiling over. Cook for approximately 45 minutes or until peppers are soft when pricked with a fork.
- Remove and place one pepper on plate or in bowl, add sauce as desired and enjoy.
- 4 medium sized green peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup recipe
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1 T Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- minced onions (to taste)
- salt and pepper to taste
