Directions
Ingredients
- Mix water and yeast. Set aside.
- Combine flour, salt and oil in mixer bowl.
- When yeast mixture foams, add to flour mixture.
- Mix at low speed with bread hook until bowl is clean.
- Knead on floured surface for approximately 5 minutes (uniform color and consistency). Cut in half and form two dough balls/
- Place in oiled bowls, cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight
- 4 to 4-1/2 Cups Bread Flour
- 1 T Kosher Salt
- 3 T Olive Oil
- 1-3/4 cups warm water (103-108F)
- 1-1/2 package dry yeast or 3-3/8 t Active Dry Yeast
