Pizza Dough

Directions
Ingredients
  1. Mix water and yeast. Set aside.
  2. Combine flour, salt and oil in mixer bowl.
  3. When yeast mixture foams, add to flour mixture.
  4. Mix at low speed with bread hook until bowl is clean.
  5. Knead on floured surface for approximately 5 minutes (uniform color and consistency). Cut in half and form two dough balls/
  6. Place in oiled bowls, cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight
