Pico De Gallo

Directions
Ingredients
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Stir until evenly distributed
- Taste and season to your preferences
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minute to 4 hours.
- Serve as salsa or added to other dishes such as quesadillas.
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/2 Red or Vidalia Onion
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper
- 2 sprigs cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper, black or red
- 1/2 lime juiced
- dash of EVOO
