Best Damn Insta Pot Boneless Pork Chops

Ingredients
- Mix spices and brown sugar and rub into both side of pork chops
- Set InstaPot on saute and add butter. Once hot, add pork chops and brown on both sides for 1-2 minutes each. Remove pork chops and set aside. Press cancel.
- Add chicken broth and use wooden spoon to deglaze bottom of pot. Add Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke and return pork chops to pot.
- Secure lid and pressure cook for 7 minutes. When done allow pressure to naturally release for 12 minutes, then vent and remove pork chops
- let pork chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve broth as an Au Jus sauce or thicken slightly as desired
- 2 pork chops, boneless 1" thick"
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1 t black pepper
- 1 t paprika
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 1 T butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t liquid smoke
Notes:
If porkchops are not pre-brined when purchased, it is best to brine before cooking with a simple salt water brine (4T salt to 1qt water) for 1/2 - 2 hours.
