Hot Milk Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Beat eggs and add sugar and blend well
3. Add flour and set aside
4. In a medium saucepan melt butter with milk and heat to boil, then add extracts and then combine with egg mixture and fold in baking powder
5. Place mixture in tube pand and bake on bottom rack of oven for 45 minutes

• 4 Eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup margarine/butter
• 1/2 t lemon extract
• 1/2 t Almond extract
• 1/2 t rum extract
• 1/2 t Orange extract
• 1/2 t vanilla extract
• 1 t baking powder
