Egg Roll in a Bowl

Directions
Ingredients
  1. Preheat BS grill medium high heat (~400 degrees F)
  2. Brown the pork on the Blackstone with diced onions and minced garlic until all the pork is browned (3-4 minutes).
  3. Stir in the coleslaw mix until thoroughly mixed in with the pork.
  4. Top the mixture with sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, soy sauce, and broth. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover or close the lid and cook the mixture for 5-7 minutes until the coleslaw and carrots are soft. Stir every 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve topped with sliced green onions and enjoy!
