Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients
- Preheat BS grill medium high heat (~400 degrees F)
- Brown the pork on the Blackstone with diced onions and minced garlic until all the pork is browned (3-4
minutes).
- Stir in the coleslaw mix until thoroughly mixed in with the pork.
- Top the mixture with sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, soy sauce, and broth. Stir to combine.
- Cover or close the lid and cook the mixture for 5-7 minutes until the coleslaw and carrots are soft. Stir every
2-3 minutes.
- Serve topped with sliced green onions and enjoy!
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1/2 small onion diced
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1 T Sesame Oil
- 1 t ground ginger
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 T Rice Vinegar
- 1 bag Coleslaw mix with Shredded Carrots (16oz)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for topping)
