Deviled Eggs

Directions
Ingredients
  1. Hard boil eggs. Shell and cut in half lengthwise
  2. Carefully scoop out yolks and mash well with fork.
  3. Add mustard, salt and mayonnaise and blend well.
  4. Pile yolk mixture into whites and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Cover and chill before serving

Notes:

You can add blue cheese, crab meat or any other item to yolk mixture. Celery salt and garlic powder also add to the mix. Experiment and adjust to your individual tastes.
