Brown Butter

Directions
Ingredients
  1. Heat butter in a skillet or saucepan over medim heat
  2. Continue stirring until butter turns a light color and has a nutty fragrance
  3. Immediately remove from the heat (so it doesn't burn) and strain into a bowlDiscard the solids in the strainer.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
