Blackened Seasoning

1. Mix all ingredients together. Store unused seasoning in airtight container.

• 4 parts Paprika
• 1 part salt
• 2 parts Cayenne Pepper
• 2 parts Ground Cumin
• 2 parts dried Thyme
• 1 part Ground White Pepper
• 1 part onion powder

Notes:

This seasoning works well for blackened chicken or fish. quantity of seasoning made depends on what you use as a single part. Can be as small as 1/8 teaspoon for a single use or whatever you wish to make larger quantities for future use.
