Bacon Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin

Directions
Ingredients
  1. Preheat Oven to 375, line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
  2. In a smal bowl mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce
  3. Pat tenderloin dry with paper towel and then season with salt and pepper
  4. Lay bacon strips on cutting board, slightly overlapping. Place tenderloin on top and wrap the bacon around. Secure with toothpicks if needed
  5. Brush half the glaze over bacon wrapped tenderloin
  6. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145. Brush with remaining glaze halway through
  7. Let tenderloin rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve
