Bacon Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- Preheat Oven to 375, line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
- In a smal bowl mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce
- Pat tenderloin dry with paper towel and then season with salt and pepper
- Lay bacon strips on cutting board, slightly overlapping. Place tenderloin on top and wrap the bacon around. Secure with toothpicks if needed
- Brush half the glaze over bacon wrapped tenderloin
- Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145. Brush with remaining glaze halway through
- Let tenderloin rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 8-12 strips of bacon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
