Butter Baked Haddock

Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- pat fish dry with paper towel
- place fillets in a single layer in a baking dish
- pour melted butter over fish
- season with spices as desired
- squeeze fresh lemon juice (or bottled)evenly over fish
- Bake for 10 to 20 minutes basting fish with butter every 5 minutes, until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Internal temperature should be 145 or more.
- Drizzle with butter and serve

- 1 stick unsalted butter
- lemon juice
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- paprika
- Salt and pepper
Notes:Other white fish such as cod can be used. Additional spices per you preferenced. A small ramekin filled with butter dripping form baked can be used for dipping fish during eating.
