Butter Baked Haddock

Ingredients
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. pat fish dry with paper towel
  3. place fillets in a single layer in a baking dish
  4. pour melted butter over fish
  5. season with spices as desired
  6. squeeze fresh lemon juice (or bottled)evenly over fish
  7. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes basting fish with butter every 5 minutes, until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Internal temperature should be 145 or more.
  8. Drizzle with butter and serve

Notes:Other white fish such as cod can be used. Additional spices per you preferenced. A small ramekin filled with butter dripping form baked can be used for dipping fish during eating.
