Apple Pie

Serves: 6 to 8 Cook Time: 60 minutes
Directions
Ingredients
- Combine and toss all ingredients
- Add to pastry and add top crust
- Slit top crust to vent steam and juices while cooking
- Bake @ 375 for 50 to 60 minutes until crust is golder brown.
- 6 cups sliced and peeld apples (approximately 6 apples)
- 1 T lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/8 t nutmeg
- Pie crust for a two crust 9" pie
