- 4 eggs
- 2-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 large can pumpkin
- 1 can milk (don't use Eagle Brand)
- 1 t cinnamom
- 1 t nutmeg
- 1/2 t allspice
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 10" pie crusts
- Preheat oven 425 F.
- Combine first 9 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well
- Fill 2 unbaked pie crusts
- Bake at 425 for 10 mins, then turn oven down to 350 and bake for 40 more minutes. Check for doneness with toothpick. If not done check ~ every 5 minutes until done.
