- 32 oz ketchup
- 1/2 to 3/4 box brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 T Worchestershire sauce
- Garlic salt to taste
- 1 t Basil
- 1 t oregano
- tabasco to taste
- Country style pork ribs
- Place ribs pressure cooker and cook at high for 10 minutes. Allow natural release of pressure.
- Preheat oven to 325. Combine remaining ingredients to make sauce.
- Place sauce in roasting pan, add ribs in sauce. Add a little of juice from pressure cooker to thin sauce. Bake for 6 hours, checking about every 30 minutesto ensure sauce doesn't dry out. Add liquid and stir as necessary
- Serve with sauce when done.
- Optionally cook can be spilt into two days, cooking 4 hours the first day, then refrigerating baking dish overnight and then cooking for 2 to 3 hours the next day befor serving
- Second Option is to cook in Insta-Pot adding all ingredients and setting for high pressure steam for 45 minutes. Rapid relase for pressure when done. Serve immediately.
